Traditional sake brewing techniques are alive

It is sake of the mainstream Nada that does not get tired of drinking polished with traditional techniques of sake brewing and sensitivity.
A distinct and bulging umami of contours. Even if it is deep, cold or bruised, the back is refreshing.
It is comprehensive compatibility with dishes, and it is authentic sake that makes the dishes crisp.

We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.
