The rich Junmai shu brewed by the traditional “ Kimoto making” method is squeezed and stored at low temperatures as it is without any water addition, and then packed in a pack after heat treatment. Because it has a high frequency and a solid taste, it is also recommended to drink on the rock. You can enjoy the sharpness and reverberation unique to rock.

We use Nada miyamizu (natural water from the Mt.Rokko system), which has been selected as one of the 100 best waters, as our brewing water.
