Taste and features

Plenty of umami ingredients are included by using abundantly in the strawberry.

By using glutinous rice more than twice, we were able to produce sake with a sweet and sour taste with a condensed “umami” flavor. The color of this liquor is a testament to the deliciousness of umami ingredients.
